Please read the instructions below before you apply.

You are welcome to apply for an Internet loan if you meet the following criteria:

• Are working, retired or receiving disability living allowance
• Are over 22 years old
• Are a resident in England, Scotland or Wales
• Have a bank or building society current account with direct debit facility
• Do not have any County Court Judgements
• We accept sole and joint applications
• In the case of a joint application you must reside at the same address as your co-applicant

Please ensure you have the following information to hand before you begin:

• Home address details, including postcode (for the last 5 years)
• Employment details, including address and telephone number of employer
• Bank / building society details & address
• Income and / or benefit details
• Monthly outgoings / outstanding balances

Once you have submitted your loan application:

• We will email you to confirm we have received your details
• We aim to have a decision on your loan within 10 working hours of receiving your application
• If your application is unsuccessful, we will email this decision to you so as not to delay your search for an alternative loan offer. We will also confirm this decision to you by letter

If your application is successful:

• We will issue a Consumer Credit agreement to you the next day, for you to sign and return
• This will show full details of the terms, conditions and interest rate for your loan
• The interest rate offered may not be the typical or advertised rate, as it depends on your loan amount
• Once the signed agreement has been returned, our final checks have been completed and your loan has been approved, the money will be released to your nominated bank account. You can choose between Express Next Working Day Transfer or 4 Working Days Transfer options, depending on how quickly you require your money
